The relaxations of the Corona restrictions now make our pizza courses possible again. On Saturday, June 20 from 10am-1pm we will start with a class for our residential customers. There are still remaining spots. Here's all the information.

Individual pizza course Book an individual pizza course for your company, your private celebration or as a single participant. We will arrange individueal courses as requested. Professional pizzaiolo Filippo Licciardo, who is also a member of the German Pizza National Team, leads entertainingly and informatively through the 4 hour workshop. You cook in our Schow kitchen or in our tower with a special ambience in original Italian pizza ovens with gas and wood lighting.In this seminar, the different types of pizzas such as Neapolitan, Pizza Classica or Pizza Romagna or Pizza al metro are produced and the special features of these classics are taught. They cook and bake with various types of flour, prepare dough and process them. Filippo Licciardo explains the different basic ingredients of the pizza dough in detail and thus creates an understanding of the different types of dough production. Various kneading techniques are also discussed and tested. A professional immersion kneader from Bernardi is used - the result will surprise you.The seminar includes drinks, cooking apron and certificate of completion. 5-15 people can participate.
