Josper HJX with closed system
The HJX-20 is the revised version of the previous HJX-38. As before, it is an absolute professional device and is used in restaurants of the upscale gastronomy, as well as in traditional tapas bars and everywhere where perfect grilling results are required.
Josper manufactures high quality combinations of grill and oven for the HORECA sector. In combination with the unique Josper grill charcoal, Josper grills achieve excellent results. The HJX-20 in combination with the specially developed Josper grill charcoal, gives the food a unique taste due to the aromatic precious wood smoke. The special preparation in the closed grill system guarantees tenderness and incomparable taste in all foods. Prepare meat, fish and vegetables in previously unimagined quality.

Technical information:
The devices are tested according to DIN EN12815 and the model HJX45 has a power of approx. 4.5 KW.
The HJX can either be fixed in the rear (diameter 150mm) in conjunction with a flame guard to a suitable solid fuel chimney, and the fumes are discharged through a hood, or operated under a suitable hood. In this case, the hood requires a flame protection filter A as well as a flame protection and flame protection hat.
The flame protection filter creates a swirl in the flue gas and ensures that no flying sparks can escape from the flue pipe. Due to the additional flame guard in operation under hoods, the flue gases are directed downwards and mix with the ambient air, so that they are cooled down to approx. 60- max. 80 degrees above the furnace.
The stresses on the hoods are generally less with the HJX than with open gas flames. Due to the very high operating temperatures 320 to 350 degrees depending on the coal and the mode of operation, a lower grease load for the hood is also the rule than with open grills. The PM version is equipped with additional hot plate on the unit. Try it out!
