The Char oven - the 2-in-1 solution

The Char-Oven is an innovative combination of wood-burning oven and grill oven in one device. It is fired with either wood or charcoal, depending on whether it is used as a grill or a wood oven. A big advantage is the choice between direct and indirect lighting. The fire can either be lit in the cooking chamber or in the fire chamber. This alone enhances the pleasure of cooking, plus the various accessories that can transform the Char oven. Chamotte plates turn it into an original Italian pizza oven, a rail system allows grill grids to be inserted on several levels. Optional accessories are the "Rotisserie" kit consisting of skewer and motor and the automatic rotation system of the 40 cm long skewers for juicy cooking of kebabs and skewers. A functional up and down door system ensures ease of use. Char-oven cooking is supported by the patented ventilation system from Fontana Forni, which enables an even heat distribution over the entire cooking surface.
