Pizza ovens from Fontana - that's why they're so good!

Pizza ovens from Fontana Forni are 100% Made in Italy. They are manufactured in the fourth generation in a modern Italian family business. The ovens are of the highest quality and meet the highest demands. The difference to commercial ovens is in the details, the material quality and the workmanship.
Here are the details:
The dome: Fontana uses only high-quality, anti-magnetic stainless steel for the dome, absolutely corrosion-free and insulates the dome in several layers with it in high material thickness. The fireclay bricks: Fireclay bricks specially produced by Fontana in the Italian factory from pure raw materials guarantee food safety. The bricks are fired at 1700 degrees, whereas commercially available products from other manufacturers are fired at only 800 degrees. Furthermore, Fontana attaches great importance to a thick material thickness of 3cm of the fireclay bottom plate.
Insulation: Fontana uses high-quality natural stone wool for the insulation. Gas burners: Fontana Forni uses only atmospherically operated burners with pilot flame and piezo igniter, thermoelectric safety valve and pressure regulator incl. hose.
Firing: Wood or gas firing.
Energy consumption: Pizza ovens and baking houses from Fontana are above-averagely economical in consumption because they are perfectly and efficiently insulated. The residual heat after pizza baking can be used to bake bread in peace.
Heat distribution: Fontana has excellent air circulation thanks to its well thought-out design, optimal shapes and thick insulation. In some bakehouses there is an optional air circulation system.
Safety: The heat of the Fontana ovens remains in the oven thanks to the insulation, so that the dome only heats up to hand-warm and there is no danger of contact.
Mobility: Most of the Fontana wood ovens and baking houses are available as mobile versions. They can be ordered with a mobile base made of high-quality, sturdy and weather-resistant stainless steel. They are then always equipped with extendable handles and smooth-running solid rubber wheels. The Maestro model is even designed as a portable oven and is even suitable for taking along camping or to friends.
Pizza capacity: Regardless of the size of the oven, the big difference compared to standard ovens is the high-quality insulation and the fireclay bricks. These ensure particularly high heat storage and circulation. The ovens stay hot for a long time and do not lose any temperature due to the particularly high heat storage, which means that it is possible to bake many pizzas over a longer period of time. Commercially available products have to be heated up again and again due to other material properties and do not store heat as long or as well.
Temperature: Fontana ovens all reach up to 400 degrees and also reliably maintain this temperature over a longer period of time. No temperature drop or reheating.
Food and dishes: The ovens are all-rounders. Starting with high temperatures for pizza and tarte flambée or short roasted meat to casseroles, cakes, breads, antipasti, vegetables, etc. Thanks to the constant and controllable temperature, the ovens can be used for everything from starters to main courses and desserts.
