Live pizza course goes into the next round
It was exciting and we are glad that our first live pizza class worked out. Our participants had great dough and turned it into great pizza, as you can see from the pictures here. Fun was the main focus and the response was good. From now on we go in series. Hopefully with you. So register for the course on 12.12.20. You can expect a product package with original Italian ingredients (if you register by 7.12.) and a great experience with lots of know-how about pizza dough, baking and merchandise knowledge. You will certainly have many new insights, take away ideas and bake a delicious pizza at the end.
Our chef Filippo Licciardo is not just a cook who bakes pizza, no, he is a member of the German national pizza team. He starts the course with a little bit of product knowledge, so that you know the most important key facts about flour and yeast. Afterwards you will make the perfect pizza dough with him step by step. Then you just have to bake your pizza yourself and enjoy it.
