The Valoriani Indirect pizza oven is the ideal oven when you want not only pizza, but especially bread and stews from the oven. The Indirect is an all-rounder. Thanks to the separation of the fire chamber and the baking chamber with the patented air circulation system of the Valoriani Forni manufactory, both pizza and pasta, lasagna and above all braised dishes and breads that require long and even heat succeed.
We offer the Valoriani Indirect in different versions. For the do-it-yourselfer among the pizza friends there is the Valoriani Indirect as a kit for self-assembly, we recommend the original insulation of Valoriani, which can be ordered directly. And then there is the Indirect as a fully assembled variant, so to speak as pre-assembled pizza oven, which is delivered ready for use. Here, customers can choose between several colors: White, terracotta, anthracite, but other individual colors are also possible.
