Izzo Pass - works from two sides
IZZO PASS Pizza Professional Ovens are pre-assembled with 2 or 3 back chambers. Each baking chamber can be activated individually. The models with 2 baking chambers are already equipped with a holding cabinet for heating or keeping food warm. For the models with 3 baking chambers, the control panel is located in the lower part and the holding cabinet can be ordered as an option.
The special feature of the IZZO PASS: You can work on it from two sides (In & Out). In the kitchen, the food is placed in one of the 2 or 3 baking chambers and the service can be the finished dish, the pizza or e.g. the lasagna, on the other side in the restaurant. This not only allows a shorter way of dining on the table but also increases the attractiveness for the customer. He has the opportunity to watch the glass door through the cooking.
Pizza can be baked on trays or on the firebrick floor. The unique stoves are equipped on the floor and in the upper part with 4cm refractory firebricks. These allow temperatures of 450 ° C, ensure perfect thermal insulation and distribution and guarantee constant temperatures in full operation with simultaneous power savings. Due to the high temperatures, the ovens are also ideal for the traditional Neapolitan pizza.
