For detailed information on the use, cleaning, and maintenance of your machine, we recommend consulting the user manual and operating instructions. There, you will find precise descriptions for this model. The document is available for download above and is also linked in the article.

  • N: 0°C to +10°C

  • M: -2°C to +8°C

  • B: -18°C to -22°C

  • T: -10°C to -30°C

  • BJ (static/ventilated): -5°C to +10°C / -10°C to -20°C

  • P (Fish): -6°C to +4°C

  • Remove the PVC film from the interior and exterior surfaces.

  • Clean the interior with a lukewarm, damp sponge and a neutral, chlorine-free cleaning agent.

  • Do not clean the device with a water jet or abrasive cleaners.

  • Ambient temperature: 5°C to 43°C.

  • Install the device away from heat sources in a well-ventilated area.

Place the device in its final position and level it using the adjustable feet until it is completely even.
  • Check the voltage and frequency (maximum 10% deviation from the rated value).

  • The electrical system must include a differential switch and grounding.

  • Unplug the power cord during prolonged periods of non-use.

  • ▲ Button: Display the highest stored temperature or increase values.

  • ▼ Button: Display the lowest stored temperature or decrease values.

  • Defrost Button: Initiate manual defrost.

  • Setpoint Button: Display or change the setpoint.

  • Light Button: Turn the light on or off.

  • On/Off Button: Turn the device on or off.

  • Lock Button: Lock the keyboard or enter the programming level.

The setpoint is the temperature that the device should maintain within a limit of +2°C.
  • Press the Setpoint button.

  • Use the ▲ and ▼ buttons to adjust the value.

  • Press the Setpoint button again to save the value.

The device defrosts automatically at preset intervals. The duration depends on the amount of ice buildup.
  • Press and hold the Defrost button for a few seconds.

  • The LED will light up, and the defrost process will begin.

  • P1: Cell sensor error.

  • P2: Evaporator sensor error.

  • HA: High temperature.

  • LA: Low temperature.

  • EE: Memory anomaly.

  • dA: Door open.

Press any key to deactivate the alarm buzzer.
  • Clean the condenser regularly with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner.

  • Be careful not to bend the aluminum fins.

  • Clean the seals regularly with lukewarm water or a bicarbonate solution.

  • Avoid using vinegar, grease removers, or acidic cleaning agents.
