The set includes:

Aluminum Pizza Peel: The pizza peel features a 25 cm handle and a head size of 30 or 33 cm, depending on your selection. Made of anodized aluminum, it is attached to the head with 2 highly resistant inline rivets, ensuring stability and durability over time. The shape of the peel is perfect for cooking pizzas up to 33 cm in diameter. The size is suitable for use in conventional electric, gas, and wood-fired ovens. Weight: 305 g / 495 g.

Aluminum Tray: The hexagonal tray with petal edges serves as a support base for standard-sized pizzas (up to 33 cm). It allows the pizza cutter to easily divide the pizza into equal portions. Weight: 490 g.

Professional Pizza Cutter: The cutter features a 10 cm stainless steel blade and an ergonomic plastic handle. It is food certified and enables precise pizza cutting.
