Ordering Information

Please provide the burner serial number when placing your order. This is required to match the replacement panel to your unit. Payment must be completed when placing the order.

Returning the Removed Panel

The replacement is supplied on an exchange basis, requiring the return of the original control panel. Please return the removed panel to us within five working days of receiving the replacement panel.

If the panel is returned late or is not returned, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge.

Returned panels undergo technical inspection. They help the manufacturer analyse the causes of faults and continuously improve the control electronics.
