Josper Grill Demo on June 28

After a long mandatory break, we are resuming our Josper Grill Demo. The first date is June 28, 22 from 12-2 PM. Our chef, certified by Josper, will prepare various foods on a Josper Grill during this time and will go into detail about the advantages of the Spanish high-end grills for upscale gastronomy. Fish, vegetables, meat, and dessert will be prepared. Questions are always welcome. 

This year, Josper comes with significant innovations and developments in its grills. The two new models HJX Mini and HJX Mini Pro are the further development of the HJX and feature an integrated smoke exhaust as well as a revised door mechanism and other details that we would be happy to introduce to you.

Even after the demo, there will be plenty of time to engage in consultations or to view our exhibition, where we also present professional pizza ovens from the companies Valoriani, Fontana, and Izzo.
