Big Surprise: 7Hauben Pizza Course

Together with 7Hauben.com we have filmed an incredibly extensive, utterly creative, and mega informative pizza course for you. More precisely, it will be two courses. One that deals with all the basics of dough making, tomatoes, cheese, and the many possibilities of topping a pizza. A gluten-free pizza variant is also included. And a second course that builds on this knowledge and shows you trends, street food, and Fili's own creations. All super easily explained by our favorite pizzaiolo with heart and passion. Today, we show you some beautiful pictures from the shoot. Post-production starts next week, and sometime in the fall, the course will be available.
