Parmigiana 

Mangiafuoco for an Italian one-dish queen: parmigiana, a timeless recipe! 

Ingredients for 8 servings:  

- Aubergines 600g 

 - Tomato sauce 600g 

 - Mozzarella 250g 

 - Grated parmesan 80g 

 - Fine salt to taste 

 - Coarse salt to taste - Basil to taste 

 - Extra virgin olive oil to taste 

Preparation 

Cut the aubergines into thin slices. Season with coarse salt and drain the water in a perforated container. Grill the aubergines on both sides. 

Arrange a layer of aubergines on a "FAN FOR FOOD (Fontana)" and top with tomato sauce, mozzarella slices, grated cheese and basil leaves to make 5 layers. 

Set the oven temperature to 180°C and bake for about 25 minutes. 

Oven temperature: 180 

Time: 25 minutes 

The parmigiana is now ready to serve!
