Fontana Forni: Pizza Ovens in Top Quality
Pizza ovens by Fontana Forni are 100% Made in Italy. They are manufactured in the fourth generation in a modern Italian family business. The ovens are of the highest quality and meet the highest standards. The difference from commercially available ovens lies in the details, material quality, and workmanship.

The Dome: Fontana uses only high-quality, non-magnetic stainless steel for the dome, which is completely corrosion-resistant and insulates the dome with multiple layers in high material thickness.
The Refractory Stones: Specially made by Fontana in the Italian plant, refractory stones from pure raw materials guarantee food safety. The stones are fired at 1700 degrees, whereas commercial products from other manufacturers are only fired at 800 degrees. Furthermore, Fontana values a strong material thickness of 3cm for the refractory floor slab.
The Insulation: Fontana uses high-quality natural stone wool for insulation.
Gas Burner: Fontana Forni uses only atmospheric burners with a pilot flame and piezo ignition, thermoelectric safety valve, and pressure regulator including hose.
Firing: Wood or gas firing.
Energy Consumption: Pizza ovens and bakehouses from Fontana are exceptionally economical in consumption, as they are perfectly and efficiently insulated. With the residual heat after baking pizza, bread can be baked leisurely.
Heat Distribution: Fontana, with its thoughtful construction, optimal shapes, and thick insulation, offers excellent air circulation. In some bakehouses, a convection system is optionally available.
Safety: The heat of the Fontana ovens remains in the oven thanks to the insulation, so the dome only becomes lukewarm, and there is no danger upon touch.
Mobility: The wood-fired ovens and bakehouses from Fontana are mostly available as mobile versions. They can be ordered with a mobile base made of high-quality, robust, and weather-resistant stainless steel. They are always equipped with extendable handles and smooth-running solid rubber wheels. The Maestro model is even designed as a portable oven and is suitable for taking along when camping or visiting friends.
Pizza Capacity: Regardless of the oven size, the great difference from commercially available ovens is the high-quality insulation and refractory stones. These ensure particularly high heat storage and circulation. The ovens stay hot for a long time and do not lose temperature due to the especially high heat storage, meaning it is possible to bake many pizzas over an extended period. Commercially available products need to be reheated repeatedly due to different material properties and do not retain heat as long or well.
Temperature: Fontana ovens all reach up to 400 degrees and reliably maintain this temperature over a longer period. No temperature drop or reheating required.
Dishes and Meals: The ovens are all-rounders. Starting from high temperatures for pizza and flame tart or quickly grilled meat, to casseroles, cakes, bread, antipasti, vegetables, etc. With constant and controllable temperature, the ovens can be used from appetizers to main courses to desserts.
