The three gentlemen are wood-fired pizza ovens in a classic dome shape. Traditionally, the pizza ovens are produced in Italy. Their shape corresponds to the classic dome shape that wood-fired ovens have traditionally always had. Inside, the dome ovens are insulated with special ceramic fiber pads to retain heat in the oven and bake and cook for several hours. The bottom of these three entry-level pizza ovens is lined with genuine original Italian fireclay. Toscano line firebricks are Made in Italy and food safe. This distinguishes them from the products from the Far East that are installed in cheaper pizza ovens. These are often not food safe, which means that the ingredients of the Chinese bricks are not harmless and may emit substances that you do not want to eat in your pizza. Therefore, we always recommend only food-safe firebrick with harmless ingredients.
Outdoor kitchen or flexible
Mario, Luigi and Peppe are flexible all-rounders with the very best price-performance ratio. They are available either as a tabletop version and can be integrated into an existing outdoor kitchen or barbecue area. Or they are available on a matching undercarriage with casters, in which case they are flexible in the garden and on the patio.
