Mobile pizza ovens are versatile and a good investment for every caterer and restaurateur. Pizza ovens mounted on a trailer are ideal, because transport to parties, street festivals or other occasions is very easy with a car, the oven has an optimal stand and there is a work surface directly with it.
Daniele Arena from Trattoria Catania in Limburg is enthusiastic about our rental oven number 3, a Valoriani Hobby for a larger number of guests. He regularly hosts larger events such as weddings or company events for up to 100 people in his region and always relies on our oven. He was kind enough to send us pictures. Take a look for yourself.

The advantage of our ovens is the perfect quality, the real fireclay stone for an ideal temperature retention and constant heat even after many pizzas. This distinguishes Valoriani pizza ovens from most other pizza ovens. Once you have baked with a Valoriani, you will stick with it. That is why we also offer trailer assembly for our customers. If desired, we can mount the oven of your choice on a car trailer that can be registered.
No. 2 Valoriani Baby: Mobile pizza oven for direct transport The Valoriani Baby is a mobile pizza oven (cupola) with direct firing, incl. Pizza shovel, brass brush, fire bowl, smoke outlet 120 mm. At Valoriani Baby you can prepare 3-4 pizzas. The pizza oven for rent has an inside diameter of 75 cm and is mounted on an approved trailer, so you can drive it directly in the car on the spot. Use of the oven: Fit the smoke hood and insert the fire bowl so that no embers can get onto the baking surface.Approximately Heat 3-5 kg of wood to 300 degrees in 30-45 minutes. The ideal baking temperature is 300 to max. 350 degrees, baking time approx. 3 minutes at 350 degrees. Pizzaoven for rent Fontana Gusto
Fontana Gusto: the all-rounder The Fontana Gusto is a mobile pizza oven with several cooking levels, circulating air and thermometer, incl. Pizza scoop, 3 gratings and 3 trays. Suitable for celebrations of all kinds. Prepare not only a wonderful pizza, but also savory antipasti, special meat dishes, desserts or bake your own bread. This stove is a true all-rounder. Even a 12 to 15 kg suckling pig fits into it. The oven is 80 cm deep and 54 cm wide. Use of the oven: Firing the oven 1.5 hours before cooking with 3 - 4 kg of wood to about 350 - 370 degrees. When the temperature is reached, add 1 to 2 logs every 15 - 20 minutes to maintain the temperature. Baked directly on the floor, the pizza takes 4 - 5 minutes (lift / rotate in between). Bread is baked at about 300 degrees. The Valoriani Hobby has room for 6-7 pizzas. The oven with a diameter of 120 cm is mounted on an approved trailer. The special feature of the Valoriani hobby is the bottom of the cooking chamber of refractory white chamotte, a special stone that is extremely heat resistant and can store the heat for a very long time, so even after a variety of pizzas a uniform heat prevails and the baking time and the Baking results remain constant.
