Pasta Dough in the Miss Baker
Sooner or later, most pasta enthusiasts want to make their own pasta. We frequently receive questions about whether the dough kneaders from the Miss Baker series by Bernardi can knead pasta dough well. We tried it out. See for yourself in our video:
The Recipe:
300g Tipo 00 flour
300g Semola flour
6 eggs
6g salt
a little water as needed
Preparation:
All ingredients go into the machine and the kneading fun begins. If you want very yellow pasta, you can add more egg yolk and skip the water at the end. The machine kneaded for a total of 13 minutes. After that, the dough was allowed to relax in an airtight container for half an hour. Then it was rolled out as thin as possible on Semola. This also worked very well. The dough was absolutely homogeneous, did not tear, did not stick. The pasta came out of the pot exactly as we put it in. A complete success.
