Insights: An Izzo from Within

In our workshop, we assemble and disassemble many pizza ovens. We customize them for our customers, set up the ovens, embellish them with beautiful mosaics, or install gas burners. Sometimes we receive ovens that we need to modify for further shipping or installation at our customers' sites, so they can, for example, fit through the door. This was the case with this Izzo. It came to us from Italy and had to be partially disassembled before being set up at our customer's location. On-site, our technicians then reassemble it professionally. Otherwise, it wouldn't fit through the door.

We from the marketing team always like to take advantage of these opportunities to snap photos away from the professional product images. It's fun and gives our customers insights.
