Our customer Thomas is delighted with his Bernardi dough kneader:
"Yesterday I made a baguette dough first, the kneading result was SUPER, but the dough will remain in the fridge until Friday. This morning I made rustic sunflower rolls. The kneader is a dream and I was able to increase the liquid content by more than 15% in both recipes."
