Christmas cookies

And because so many enthusiastic visitors have asked for the recipes on the Advent Saturdays, we publish them here. At Easter you can also make bunny cookies from the butter baked and children always love cookies anyway.

200 g sugar

2 eggs

1 sachet vanilla sugar

grated lemon peel

1 pinch of cinnamon

500 g flour

1 egg yolk for coating

1 pinch baking powder

3-4 minutes at 250 degrees

100 g ground hazelnuts or almonds

4 minutes at 250 degrees
