Bakehouse Bofa: bread baking courses close to nature

Above the beautiful Paternen in Montafon is the bakery Bofa, a family heirloom, which has been lovingly expanded and also has guest rooms. There are bread baking courses in small groups, for groups of 8 people or more there are course dates on request also with overnight stay. The Fontana Gusto comes from the traditional Fontana Forni manufactory in Italy, which has been producing wood-burning ovens for discerning private customers for generations.
