AVPN certifies Izzo Forni Napoletano
Ratgeber Izzo, Izzo Forni
The Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) has been protecting the designation of the original Neapolitan pizza since 1984. Since 2017, Pizza Napoletana has even been a UNESCO World Heritage. This heritage obliges, and the AVPN is its strict guardian. Only those who are certified may carry the organization's seal. Chefs must complete a one-week course and pass a final exam with a diploma before they can advertise with it.
We at La Bottega Toscana are very pleased that, alongside the Valoriani Verace, the Izzo Forni Napoletana has also been certified by the AVPN. We have long recommended the Izzo due to its excellent properties for preparing Pizza Napoletana. Now it's official! As a gastronomic electric pizza oven, it is the Ferrari among pizza ovens. Beautifully shaped, classic in copper, handcrafted, and developed by the best engineers, the Izzo Forni Napoletano is an asset to any restaurant.
We at La Bottega Toscana have the Izzo Forni Napoletana in stock and on display. Interested restaurateurs and chefs are invited to schedule a consultation appointment with us and possibly start a test cooking in our show kitchen. Feel free to contact us, all the contact options can be found on our contact page.
