Fontana fireclay plate
Fireclay plate for Fontana Forni wood burning ovens from Italy, about 12mm thick and made of food grade fireclay thus suitable for direct cooking and baking.
The plates of fireclay provide good heat retention and are also suitable for other wood burning ovens, these can also be shortened with a stone disc.
