Course Content Overview
- Baking in Fontana and Valoriani wood-fired ovens – experience the tradition and technique of premium ovens up close.
- Culinary variety – together with you, Frank will create pinsa from the wood-fired oven, yeast cakes and braided yeast loaf from the Fontana oven, fresh baguette, and of course pizza. In addition, small cooking sessions with vegetables and meat.
- Active participation – you take an active role in the course, try things out yourself and contribute your own ideas.
- Delights to take home – all baked goods can of course be taken home afterwards.
- Relaxed atmosphere – exchange, cooking and baking together are at the heart of the course.

Course Schedule (Excerpt)
- Welcome & Introduction – get to know Frank and the participants, short introduction to the world of wood-fired ovens.
- Preparing the oven – proper firing, temperature control & maintenance of Fontana and Valoriani ovens.
- Baking & Enjoying – together you will prepare pizza, pinsa, bread, braided yeast loaf & many other specialties.
- Small cooking sessions – vegetables, meat & more complement the baking variety.
- Take home & taste – you take your baked goods home with you.

Cancellations up to 14 days before the course start are free of charge. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the course fee.
