A rounder with a screw system is a machine that automatically shapes raw dough into equal portions. It is suitable for the food industry and can be used in various production lines.
The machine must be placed on a stable and level floor. The front casters should be locked to secure the machine. The electrical connection must be performed by a qualified technician.
The machine comes standard with a 220-volt, 50/60 Hz, single-phase connection. Other voltages are available upon request.
Set the main switch to "I ON" and press the "START" button. To stop, press the "STOP" button. The speed can be adjusted using the "SPEED" potentiometer.
It is recommended to use dough with a hydration of at least 70%.
Exterior parts: Clean with water and soap or a neutral cleaner. Screw: Clean daily with a brush and, if necessary, water and soap. Cylinder: Remove dough residues with a vacuum and clean with water and soap if needed. Machine interior: Regularly vacuum and clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
Use dough with a hydration of at least 70%. Allow the dough to rest sufficiently (approx. 15 minutes).
Reduce the rounding speed. Adjust the speed depending on the dough type and hydration.
Check if the screw is correctly installed. Ensure the main switch is set to "I ON."
