Our customer has installed here a Valoriani Top 100. The wood-burning oven completes a large private outdoor kitchen. As you can see, our customer has put a lot of emphasis on the installation and the Italian flair that the brick arch emphasizes.
The Valoriani Top is the first choice when it comes to a reliable, spacious wood-burning oven for home use. It is handmade in Italy in the Valoriani Forni factory. The patented construction is a family secret kept for decades, which makes the difference with all the imitation products. The dome shape, the materials and the food-safe fireclay bottom are crucial components of this excellent stove. It is best fired with beech wood and reaches up to 300 degrees. After 40 minutes of firing, the oven is ready for you to bake pizza in it. Depending on the temperature, many different dishes can be cooked in it. Various meat dishes such as steaks, for example, also benefit from the high temperature. While cakes, pies or bread feel good around 200 degrees. Antipasti and vegetables, tarte flambée, meringue... everything is possible. It is advisable to use an infrared thermometer to check the temperature of the base. And already cooking and baking in the wood-fired oven becomes child's play.
