Our customer has installed a Valoriani Top 100 here. The wood-fired oven completes a large private outdoor kitchen. As you can see, our customer has placed great emphasis on the installation and the Italian flair, highlighted by the brick arch.
The Valoriani Top is the first choice when it comes to a reliable, spacious wood-fired oven for private use. It is handcrafted in Italy at the Valoriani Forni manufactory. The patented construction method is a family secret kept for decades, making all the difference from imitation products. The dome shape, the materials, and the food-grade chamotte base are crucial components of this outstanding oven. It is best fired with beechwood, reaching up to 300 degrees. After a 40-minute firing phase, the oven is ready for you to bake pizza in it. Depending on the temperature, many different dishes can be cooked in it. Various meat dishes like steaks, for example, benefit from the high temperature. While casseroles, cakes, or bread feel comfortable around 200 degrees. Antipasti and vegetables, flame cake, meringue... everything is possible. It is recommended to use an infrared thermometer to monitor the base temperature. And with that, cooking and baking in the wood-fired oven becomes child's play.
