The Cucciolo is a semi-professional single-structure oven with a cooking zone. The interior of the Izzo Cucciolo is completely lined with fireclay in 4 cm thickness. This makes the stove very durable at very high temperatures of up to 450 degrees. The excellent thermal insulation of the Cucciolo keeps the temperature constantly high for a very long time, so that a large number of dishes can be boiled over many hours without waiting. This makes work easier and saves energy.
Firebricks guarantee high temperatures
The cooking zone is on the ground and in the sky equipped with refractory firebricks, the so-called "Sorrento Bricks". The stones were made especially for electronic heating. The heating elements of the stove are made of bright nickel-chrome, they ensure the uniform heat in the cooking area.
The Cucciolo is equipped with a digital thermostat with removable top.
As the oven reaches temperatures of 450 degrees, the "Vera Pizza Napoletana" cooks directly on the floor in one minute. If the pizza is lying on a plate, the baking time is slightly longer.
