The Izzo Forni Napoletano is a real eye-catcher and therefore also ideally suited for open kitchen concepts. The front made of antique-looking and handcrafted copper is a real eye-catcher and yet absolutely functionally designed. The steam collection bonnet on the top also gives the pizza oven its characteristic shape. This also contributes to the optimal heat distribution, as the heating elements of the oven are laid by hand and optimally aligned. Thus, each area of the baking chamber receives the optimal temperature for pizza and many other dishes.
The heart of this beautiful oven is formed by the refractory bricks, which have a thickness of four centimetres on both the bottom and the top of the oven. This means that they not only retain heat for a long time, but also insulate the oven optimally from the outside. The heat losses are thus at absolute minimum values. In the lower part of the stove, genuine "Bicotto di Sorrento" are used, which have their typical colouring and are traditionally produced at the original production sites.

The Izzonapoletano is the professional electric oven for the real Neapolitan pizza, developed and produced in Naples. In Izzonapoletano the pizza is ready in 60 seconds. Up to nine pizzas fit in at the same time.
With a Izzonapoletano you cook traditionally with heat, infrared and air movement. The perfectly laid copper cables ensure an absolutely constant and even heat in the furnace interior. Only the best materials are handcrafted into a constructive unit. The stoves come from Naples, the cradle of the napoletan pizza. They are maintenance-free and have an enormous lifespan, as satisfied customers are used to from ovens of the Izzo Forni brand. Efficiency and safety come first with Izzonapoletano.
The Izzonapoletano is on of the only electric oven for the original Napoletic pizza. Its high temperature ensures extremely short baking times of 60 seconds and thus allows the classic leopard coloring of the original Napoletan pizza. Efficient and economical
Technically, the Izzonapoletano is among the pizza ovens far ahead. Electric operation does not burn any fuel inside the furnace, so there are no pollutants and no smoke. The Izzonapoletano requires only a power connection and saves 30% energy compared to other pizza ovens, since its design and the automatic control panel perfectly manage the energy requirements.
The pizza oven itself is made with a Biscotto di Sorrento floor, a food grade firebrick of the highest quality. The copper dome is handmade and decorated with lava stones. A thermostat belongs to the Izzonapoletano.
