Fontana Mangiafouco: Mobile pizza oven for pizza, pasta and more

Fontana Mangiafouco, mobile pizza oven with direct wood firing. The Mangiafouco is an all-rounder: fish, meat, pizza and pasta, you cook in it, whatever you feel like. With its internal dimensions of 80 x 60 cm, it has the optimum size for a manageable number of guests.

Technical information:

The stove is shipped in a wooden transport box nationwide and also to Austria. The weight of the kiln is 140 kg, the total weight including packaging is 400 kg. The dimensions of the wooden box are: depth 110 cm, width 140 cm, height 185 cm.
Use of the oven:

Place the stove: The shipping company will deliver the wooden box. You should place them at the stove's location, open the wooden box, release the straps and transport bars. Pull the oven out of the box by the transport bars. Put on smoke tube and hat.
Firing: Heat the stove about 1 hour before cooking. Place 3-4 kg of dry wood in the firebox on the left side of the oven, so that the flames hit halfway. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and then add two logs every 20 minutes.
Baking pizza: cover pizza as desired, 3 - 4 pieces fit into the oven. The hourly output of Mangiafuoco is about 50-60 pieces, baking time about 2-3 minutes (in between lifting / turning).
Note: The door / flap is not needed for pizza baking, the oven remains open. Only for bread baking (with residual heat at about 250-280 ° C) and at the end of the event to lower the temperature, the door / flap must be used.
Cleaning: Remove ash and debris with the brass broom. Very important: do not use water or cleaning agents! Please clean the oven from the outside and all accessories.
Packaging for return transport: The oven must be cooled down before it is packed in the wooden box! Please check the accessories for completeness (see notice in the box). Slide the oven into the box and stow the accessories. Attach the oven with the straps and close the box.
