First, the dough needs to be made, about one and a half hours before you want to start cooking, heat up the oven so that it reaches the right temperature. You’re wondering how to get such a mobile pizza oven? We at La Bottega Toscana have three wood-fired ovens available for rent. These are mounted on standard car trailers. You can conveniently pick them up from us. Contactless, of course. The rental agreement and payment are also possible contactless via our shop.
