No. 3 Valoriani Hobby: Mobile pizza oven for large numbers of visitors
Valoriani Hobby, cupola with direct firing, diameter 120 cm, incl. Pizza shovel, removable metal flap. The Valoriani Hobby has room for 6-7 pizzas. The oven with a diameter of 120 cm is mounted on an approved trailer. The special feature of the Valoriani hobby is the bottom of the cooking chamber of refractory white chamotte, a special stone that is extremely heat resistant and can store the heat for a very long time, so even after a variety of pizzas a uniform heat prevails and the baking time and the Baking results remain constant. The ideal oven for larger quantities at street parties or corporate events.

As a mobile pizza oven, the Valoriani hobby is mounted on an approved car trailer. The total weight is 1100 kg, do not forget the parking brake.

Use of the oven:
Attach the smoke tube. Heat the oven about 1.5 hours before cooking. To do this, place 6 kg of dry wood in the firebox on the left side of the oven so that the flames hit halfway. Preheat the oven until the dome is bright inside (burning) and then add two logs every 20 minutes.
