Installation & Safety
- Allow the oven to cool down completely.
- Loosen the retaining screw with a 4 mm Allen key counter-clockwise and remove the old thermometer.
- Insert the new thermometer straight and tighten clockwise.
Note: Avoid working on a hot unit – install only when fully cooled down.
