An automatic dough divider is a machine that divides a piece of dough into several equal portions. Depending on the model, the dough can be divided into different shapes and weights.
The warranty covers only defects that occur during proper operation. Improper use or the use of non-original replacement parts voids the warranty.
The machine must be placed on a stable and level floor. The electrical connection must be performed by a qualified technician. The machine comes standard with a three-phase connection of 400 volts, 50 Hz.
Unplug the machine before performing maintenance. Do not remove safety guards. Do not perform maintenance while the machine is running. Wear fitted clothing and avoid jewelry or loose hair.
Set the main switch to "I ON" and press the "START" button. To stop, press the "STOP" button or the emergency stop button.
Hold the rotary knob for 3 seconds to select the program. Turn the knob to change the program number and confirm with a press.
Hold the rotary knob for 3 seconds to adjust the working times (pressing time, dividing time). Turn the knob to change the values and confirm with a press.
For models with double division, adjust the number of divisions using the rotary knob.
Exterior parts: Clean with water and soap or a neutral cleaner. Interior parts: Regularly vacuum and clean with a damp cloth if needed. Cleaning cycle: Select the "CL" program and start the cleaning cycle.
Ensure the dough is placed in the center of the tub and lightly flattened. Adjust the pressing time depending on whether the outer pieces are smaller or larger.
Check the dividing time and extend it if necessary. Ensure the dough has rested sufficiently (approx. 15 minutes).
