Valoriani Dome Baby

The newest oven from Valoriani is here! The Baby series offers wood-burning ovens, combining traditional Tuscan fireproof fireclay materials housed in a sleek, modern metal dome. The brand quality of the traditional Italian manufacturer Valoriani Forni is now available in a compact size. The dome is available in a Toscana red with optional trolley ,or alternatively , the dome  can be placed directly on a refractory plate.

This oven is also suitable for small catering establishments or food trucks at festivals and events. Some of our customers also use this oven for gluten-free food and for pizza, pasta, meat and bread.

The special feature of Baby:

The version of the Valoriani Baby is available with a stainless steel arch. Above all, the floor insulation and the dome insulation distinguish this very high quality wood stove from other similar products. The Valoriani Baby Luxury is manufactured from high quality materials, including a large proportion of fireclay. The floor is 100% solid fireclay. This is food safe and is suitable for cooking and baking food.

The dome is insulated with special ceramic fiber and painted with a powder coat of the best metal, so these ovens can be used outdoors in wind and weathe, without coverage,  all year round. Also, the front arch is not connected to the dome to compensate for thermal stresses. The substructures with additional seals
are galvanized and painted, which ensures the highest possible durability

Firing: wood and gas

Optionally also available with gas burner DVGW tested and approved, also ideal for indoor use. When ordering with the upper base part or complete base, the gas burner is preinstalled ex works. If you buy the stove without base, you must install the gas burner yourself.

Assembly and delivery: The Valoriani Baby Luxury is delivered fully assembled and ready to use.
