Wood baking ovens - versatile and popular!


Wood baking ovens are very trendy. The preparation decelerates the otherwise hectic everyday life and the smell of the spicy wood provides relaxation. From cheering to the finished pizza, a little while passes in which you can comfortably arrive at the pleasure experience "cooking in a wood-burning oven". The wood-burning ovens from Valoriani and Fontana are real all-rounders: pizza, bread, cakes, meat dishes, antipasti or desserts - with the right temperature at the right time, almost any dish can be cooked.

We distinguish between two types of firing for the wood-burning oven: direct and indirect. Wood-burning ovens from the traditional Italian manufacturer Valoriani mainly offer ovens with direct firing, which means that the fire and the food to be cooked are together in the cooking chamber. With indirect firing, the fire burns in its own compartment and is led into the cooking chamber using patented circulating air technology. The company Fontana Forni, also a traditional company from beautiful Italy, plays a leading role in indirectly fired wood baking ovens. The Fontana baking houses are made of high-quality stainless steel and are always indirectly fired. This wood-burning oven offers plenty of space and different temperature zones for an entire menu on three slide-in shelves.

Für jeden Geschmack das richtige Holzbackofen Design

Das Design der Holzbacköfen unterscheidet sich stark und ist Geschmackssache. Die robusten Edelstahl-Backhäuschen von Fontana sind schick, modern und mobil, sie wechseln ihren Einsatzort Outdoor dank ihrer Rollen und zwei ausklappbaren Griffen sekundenschnell und lassen sich von einer Person alleine bewegen. Der klassische Holzbackofen von Valoriani wird ebenfalls Outdoor aus Stein gefertigt und verbreitet italienisches Flair. Die klassischen Steinbacköfen und Kuppelöfen versetzen die Gäste direkt nach Italien, dazu der unverwechselbare Duft des Holzes und der garenden Speisen - una notte italiana!

Doch so traditionell die beiden italienischen Traditionshäuser Valoriani und Fontana sind, so viel Tradition auch in ihnen steckt, so modern präsentieren sich die Marken.
