The all-rounders: Mobile wood-burning ovens from Fontana


Wood ovens from Fontana Forni are the all-rounders among wood ovens. The ovens in the classic baking house design are mobile and can be set up flexibly anywhere, in the garden, on the terrace or in the outdoor kitchen. They convince with their high-quality fireclay bricks, which ensure particularly good heat distribution and long baking times. Thanks to their castors, Fontana wood-burning ovens are very flexible and can be moved by one person alone.

The stone ovens are always indirectly fired so that the cooking chamber can be fully utilised. With three trays on different levels and the fire-resistant fireclay brick, which gives these stone ovens their extreme heat resistance, several dishes can be cooked simultaneously. This gives both the cook in the semi-professional area and at home at private parties a lot of leeway when preparing in these stone ovens.
Fontana Forni is now known worldwide as a traditional family business and its wood-burning ovens, which are also stone ovens thanks to the fireclay brick, impress with their flexibility and the individuality they allow. Whether as an integral part of the outdoor kitchen, as an additional mobile wood-burning oven in private households or in small restaurants for special occasions, a Fontana Forni knows many places of use.

The cook can be as creative as the ovens are multifunctional: suckling pig, baked potato, vegetable casserole, antipasti or crumble, bread, rolls and cakes. Over time, the necessary sensitivity is developed and the stone oven can be used all year round. The weather-resistant stainless steel from which the oven is made does not require any additional weather protection. The Fontana stone baking ovens also provide the best service, especially in winter, when stews are in season. Due to their excellent insulation they keep the heat especially long and serve the cook as a faithful companion for starters, main courses and desserts. When placed one after the other in the stone oven, the degrees of cooking and temperatures can be flexibly adapted to the food, so that almost any dish can be prepared in no time at all.
