Thank you for purchasing a product from us, the company La Bottega Toscana (hereinafter: La Bottega Toscana).
We grant all customers who are consumers in accordance with Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and who have purchased a pizza oven from us the Laboto Shop guarantee:

1. Scope of the warranty
1.1. La Bottega Toscana gives a guarantee on the materials and functional components (dome, furnace and mechanical parts) included in the supply of the furnaces for one year from the handover of the goods.
1.2. We therefore guarantee that a product purchased from La Bottega Toscana will retain the agreed, presumed or usual quality for a period of one year from the date of purchase (durability guarantee). A warranty case exists if a claim would be made against us as a seller on the basis of the statutory warranty rights.
1.3. Deterioration of the purchased product, which is due to incorrect conditions or non-observance of operating instructions, overload or lack of maintenance and care, or is caused by improper use or use, is not due to the Laboto Shop guarantee. Defects due to improper cleaning with cleaning agents, chemicals or water are also excluded. The Laboto Shop guarantee does not intervene even if the maintenance or cleaning cycles have not been met (e.g. in the case of gas blower burners) or if the original condition of the furnace has been changed, modified or converted.
1.4. Whether the respective use or the respective use are improper is determined in particular according to the intended use of the purchased products in accordance with the relevant advertising of the manufacturer of the product, its sellers or his assistants.
1.5. Equally not covered by the Laboto Shop Warranty are defects in purchased products caused by the use of accessories, supplementors or spare parts that are not original parts and products to which modifications or additions have been made as well as minor deviations from the target quality, which are irrelevant to the value and suitability for use of the product.
1.6. There is no warranty on accessories.
1.7. Any assignment of the warranty claims in the event of resale or transfer of the relevant product to third parties is excluded. This does not apply to your statutory warranty claims and separate manufacturer's warranties.
1.8. The guarantor is La Bottega Toscana, Jens Hofacker e.K., Birkenhain Business Park 2, 63589 Linsengericht.
1.9. The guarantee protection applies to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The warranty period begins on the corresponding date of purchase of the product.
1.10. The statutory warranty claims and separate manufacturer's guarantees are not limited by these warranty conditions. For details on a possible manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the separate warranty terms of the product manufacturer.

2. Processing in the case of a guarantee
2.1. In order to use the Laboto Shop guarantee in a warranty case, you must inform us of the defect by presenting the original purchase document as well as the serial number of the product or the exact product name (e.g. by e-mail to and a provide accurate error description with photos. We will then contact you and agree with you on what measures are required to repair the affected product. In many cases, only the replacement of individual parts is required.
2.2. If there is a warranty case, we will send you the necessary spare parts at our expense. If a return of the product is required in individual cases, we will arrange for the product to be collected by forwarding agent. We will cover the costs of this as well as the return of the repaired or replaced product to you if the collection was initiated by us. Shipping costs for unsolicited returned products cannot be refunded under the Laboto Shop Guarantee.
2.3. The choice of the method of remedying the defect is solely the responsibility of us. There are no further rights to a reduction in the purchase price, withdrawal from the purchase contract, damages, etc. due to the Laboto Shop guarantee.
2.4. If, after our inspection, there is no warranty case, we shall reimburse you for the necessary charges, repairs, returns and similar costs if you wish to repair the defective product anyway. Otherwise, we will return the defective product to your address at your expense. This does not apply if you prove that you were unable to identify that the warranty was not valid.
