Josper Demo - now online!
We have waited long enough, now we want to start again with our Josper demos despite the pandemic. We will start again in March. The content remains the same, the format changes. We are going live now and making the demo online.

Our chef Frank Bechtold is the absolute expert on Josper grills. He really heats up the grill during this online demo and then prepares various products during the course of the event. Viewers can ask questions live and have the grill explained to them. How do you create the typical grid pattern on the meat? Or how exactly is the burger patty cooked to perfection? Oh yes, the aubergine, how exactly does it have to look when it leaves the gastro grill?
Frank has lots of tips and tricks on the ovens and is also our expert for service and maintenance.
Different ingredients are cooked, such as meat, fish, vegetables, dessert or fruit. Of course, as always in upscale gastronomy, merchandise knowledge and the origin of the ingredients also play a role.
