During the economic explosion of the 70s and 80s the Pizzeria became fashionable.
To meet this request Valoriani created the wood burning oven for pizza Vesuvio: a symbol until today.

Vesuvio GR is suggested for those people who want to change their old oven keeping the base,
for those who want to increase the performances of their pizzeria or in the case the local has specific architectural
and structural requirements. The available models are different in size, weight and capacity (the smallest can cook 4/5 pizza at a time).
This is a professional oven that satisfies all needs.

The cooking  floor, in refractory cotto abounding with alumina, is composed of perfectly shaped modules
that make easier the installation and allow an optimal leveling. The external vault is in refractory concrete
rich in alumina, the shape of the oven mouth is an arch and the door is made of iron. Vesuvio GR series
can be equipped with a kit of insulating materials composed of blocks of aerated concrete for the lower
isolation, of Valplast, ecological ceramic fiber and vermiculite (heat insulator) for the upper isolation.
Such aspects, together with the curvature of Valoriani vault, the high quality of the materials allow an uniform
heat distribution, an homogeneous cooking, a saving in wood consumption and make Vesuvio GR series very attractive in the market.

The Valoriani Vesuvio GR comes in a set including door and front bow. It can be fired with wood or gas and is approved for the gastronomic endurance brand. Matching insulation material can be ordered as an option. There is the possibility to build it yourself on site or to book the construction by our specialist fitters.

The Vesuvio GR is suitable if you have to consider special architectural conditions. It is also suitable for installing a more powerful model based on an existing furnace.

The properties:

  • The baking surface consists of refractory chamotte with a high aluminum content for an extremely long service life. She is absolutely even.
  • The mounting kit consists of molded modules that allow easy start-up and perfect leveling. The vault above the baking surface is made of refractory aluminum concrete. Chamotte and clay granules provide constant heat. In addition to the installation elements, an arcuate firing door with built-in heating cable is included.
  • The perfect curvature of the vault in perfect proportion to the baking surface and the firing door make this excellent oven. The use of first-class materials allows a uniform distribution of heat and allows a constant and homogeneous baking with considerable wood savings .
  • Recommended by the AVPN / Association Vera Pizza Napoletana for Neapolitan Pizza oven.
