The SCN Line Scugnizzo Napoletano with its 485 degrees is one of the few ovens officially approved by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) as an oven for pizza Neapolitana. Due to its high temperatures, which it achieves by manually laying copper pipes under the fireclay base, and its dome shape, the hot air circulates and the pizza bakes up in 60-90 seconds. The hot stone allows the dough to rise and cook in seconds, keeping the topping fresh, crisp and aromatic. The few ingredients of the original Neapolitan pizza, together with the crispy, airy dough, make for the perfect result that will delight your guests. But the electric Oven also sums up many other dishes at lower temperatures: casseroles, meat, fish and even bread in the second course.
