Josper manufactures high-quality combinations of grill and oven for the HORECA sector. In combination with the unique Josper charcoal, the Josper grills achieve excellent results.

Technical information:

The devices are tested according to DIN EN12815 and the model HJX45 has a power of approx. 4.5 KW.
The HJX can either be connected to a suitable solid fuel chimney in the rear area (diameter 150mm) in conjunction with a flame arrester,
