Typical barbecue in the Mediterranean countries is made with wood fire, the charcoal barbecue can be used either with charcoal or even more effective and faster with wood fire in the rear fire compartment. In the firebox own charcoal is produced after ignite this then with the supplied Glutschieber can be individually distributed on the grill surface. The grates are usually adjustable in height depending on the food to achieve different cooking points. The grill series is completely lined on the sides, bottom and back with fireclay approx.2cm to also guarantee an effective radiant heat especially for low temperature cooking with the hood closed.
