Bernardi is the art of kneading dough, 100% Made in Italy.

The company Bernardi from Cuneo, Italy, has been specializing in the production of spiral, plunger and fork dough kneading machines for over 30 years, its strength being the immersion kneading machines, which have always been the best technology for preparing dough (bread, pizza, flatbread, puff pastry) and Panettoni).

The foundation of the company was sealed by the claim of the founder Elvio Bernardi to create a dough mixer for home use. The opening took place at the beginning of the 80s, when there were only small spiral kneaders on the market. As a boy, the founder had gained some experience in a confectionery industry. These insights led him to the realization that for a good yeast dough there is no better than the Taucharmknetmaschine. The quest for perfection led him to produce the first small dough mixer with dipping arms for himself. This was replicated after a short time, until finally a profession emerged.

This passion has been passed down to the second generation, which today continues the development of diving arm technology with ambitious projects. These resulted in the production of high-quality dough kneading machines with an attractive appearance.
