The stone ovens are always indirectly fired so that the cooking chamber can be fully utilised. With three trays on different levels and the fire-resistant fireclay brick, which gives these stone ovens their extreme heat resistance, several dishes can be cooked simultaneously. This gives both the cook in the semi-professional area and at home at private parties a lot of leeway when preparing in these stone ovens.
