The Vesuvio Maxi GR series is one of the latest products from Valoriani.

It is aimed at professional bakers and is available in three different sizes.

The Maxi GR has been designed as a large oven specifically for bakers. It is very versatile and can be used for bread as well as for specialties of oriental cuisine: Pide, Lahmacun and various pastries can be perfectly prepared in it.

Maxi GR series is supplied in kit form and includes all parts of the dome and oven bottom made of refractory fireclay. All materials necessary for the insulation of the top and bottom of the oven are included. The oven can be fired with wood and gas.

Features:

  • The furnace parts are made of built-in elements of refractory aluminum-concrete.
  • Food-safe white fireclay provides optimal heat output at the bottom and is even and durable.
  • The perfect ratio of vault curvature to baking surface enables high energy efficiency and low operating costs.
  • Tested and approved according to DIN EN13229 for gastronomic continuous firing.
  • Approved by the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment according to Directive 84/500/EEC.

Dimensions:

internal dimensions of 220 cm, 245 cm, 270 cm. The base of the oven should always be 40cm larger than the diameter of the oven itself (for example, with an internal dimension of 220cm, the base should have a diameter of at least 260cm). The working height of the stove varies between 110 - 120cm.

Firing:

wood and gas.
With gas firing, the professional Milberg Spitfire gas burner provides a connected load according to the diameter of the oven: 100cm - 120cm: 25kW; 120cm - 160cm: 29 kW; from 160cm: 34kW

Installation and delivery: The installation of the stove is carried out by the customer, who also carries out the construction of the base and retaining walls. Optionally, the professional assembly of the stove can be booked with us in addition.
